She brings over 17 years of clinical experience working as an Emergency Room physician at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and has dual certification in family medicine. She has been recognized with several awards for her clinical teaching, wellness and dedication to the field of medicine and is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Alberta.
