Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, E- Transfers and Mobile Payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted at Carrie’l Salon & Spa. Prices do not include GST or Gratuities unless stated otherwise.
Gratuities are accepted on credit/debit payments.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to give you time to change into your robe, unwind and familiarize yourself with our spa. Unfortunately, arriving late may cut into your appointment time.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Carrie’l hosts group bookings in our spa for large and small events. From bridal parties to corporate events to small intimate gatherings of pampering. Let us customize a package for your spa group booking. All group bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment and an 18% gratuity. Call us for details.
GIFT CARDS
Carrie’l gift cards are the perfect gift for anyone in your life; they are always appreciated and easy to give. Your Carrie’l gift card must be present at the time of payment. If you have forgotten or misplaced your gift card then an alternative form of payment must be used.
Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used towards any service or product.
SPA ETIQUETTE
In order to ensure our guests a relaxing experience, we ask that you please turn cellular phones onto vibrate prior to entering the spa. We take pride in maintaining a relaxing spa experience for all of our guests.
Carrie’l is not responsible for lost or stolen items, please leave them at home.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of all services. If less notice is provided, a fee of 50% of the cost of the booked services will be charged. Additionally, there is a $10 cancellation fee for missed consultations. All charges will be applied to the credit card provided to secure the appointment.
